    • In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient bookings), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  3. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 10 after receiving the cancellation request.

    • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
