01. Cancellation by Customer:
- Cancellations made 10 or more prior to the tour date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 10 of the tour date will receive a partial refund or credit towards future tours, subject to our discretion.
02. Cancellation by Tour Operator:
- In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, insufficient bookings), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
03. Refund Processing:
- Refunds will be processed within 10 after receiving the cancellation request.
- Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
